Food analysis applications

UVaSens is currently developing an electronic nose, tongue and eye system based on nanostructured sensors and biosensors, to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics of beverages and foods and in particular wines, beers and olive oils. This work is carried out in collaboration with companies in the food sector.
